1 Corinthians 13:7
1 Corinthians 13:7 - Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
You know those times where you've heard a verse a million times. You know it and you understand it but then you hear someone explain it a little more in depth and you finally get it on a real level. I'm thankful for teachers and preachers of the word. Men and women who can explain a verse that I've heard a million times but for once, I finally get it. I can finally understand how to apply it to my everyday life. This sermon below I listened to a couple years ago. I took crazy notes in my bible when I was listening to it. It completely changed the way I see 1 Corinthians 13:7. I love the way that Judah explains bears, believes, hopes and endures.
I would encourage you to take sometime today or this week to listen to this sermon. It'll challenge the way you look at what loves means and how you can apply "loving like Jesus" to your everyday life. Click the button below to listen to the sermon by Judah Smith from The City Church
"Love is not some undefined, abstract quality. Love is not a sensation. Love is not just a feeling. Love is a lifestyle. Love is practical. Love doesn't just make for good sermons, love makes for good living. Love does not just make for good Sunday services, love makes for good Monday morning work. Love has been put on display by the life, death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ."
